sad memories

kns...i failed my ippt...but this time wasn't that bad...i think i need to practise my chin up...will be getting a chin up bar tml...and of cos i am going to run more in sch...maybe each time i will run more and more....hiaz.....


on my way home after dinner with cheekiong changhan and daniel who took ippt with me( only one guy passed and got silver...guess who?), saw fizal and chit chat with him...why did he bring up the sad memories.....remind me of all the bad things...


once in a while i will sit down and reflect on the things going in life...try to appreciate what i have around me....thanks God for everything...for all the good things i have in my life..for you have install for me all the best...and thank God for all the bad things in life...for they have moulded me to be a better person...and all the painful experiences He allowed to happen to me...it serve to let me look and focuson Him even more....



i'v made up my mind..will go get my crumpler tml..unless i can find better options.

went to chinatown jus now...feeling really really tired now....think i will get a good rest tonight and be ready for tml's ippt test...crossing my fingers that i will pass tml ippt test..and if possible the 200 dollar..haha..it will add to my "i-can't-reveal" fund...


anyway this is an open invitation for everyone who drop by here...i will be organising my own Birthday outing...save the hassle for those who are going to organise for me(i hope someone is trying to..lol)...plan is we will be going to watch CJ7 after our reunion dinner...likely to watch the show at 10 plus 11...then go chill out...after which we , definitely for sure, will go home . let me know if u are coming...hopefully we can get enough cars to send everyone home....we will be booking the tickets in advance...so we can chop the whole cinema..NUS POS 2006 and NUS UNITED 2007 peeps pls try to make it..haha!

Sentimental

Recently people have been asking me am i alright and stuff...perhaps it is all the love songs i posted in my blog that made people wonder if i am going thru something..haha...actaully nothing special is going on...well..not exactly nothing but nothing to be of concern that is going on now...reason for posting these love songs is because i am sentimental type of person...i like to listen to oldies love songs...currently i am into jazz too..so u never know i might start posting jazz songs...



3rd week of school is going to start soon...somehow i felt that everything is trying to have a piece of me..really busy...and no mood to study..meetings spring cleaning and stuff..plus muay thai have started already...so it is going to get busier and busier...


this few weeks have beeen a tough time for some of my friends...there is like a lot of separations..i been thru and i totally understand how u guys feel...but like the kelvin kern song i am listening to now " A Time Remembered ", somethings are just to be remembered...be it good or bad...it took me a long time to overcome .. and i meant a really long time...sentimental people take longer time to forget and let go...so guys take care! call me if u want to go out.

Today is not exactly the best day for...hiaz..i guess these type of days come once in a while...heard some stuff mention by some people and i was quite affected by it...i guess i got to relook at the way i behave....i want to break that image...i want to get out of that...

perhaps they are right...i need to do something...i need to relook at everything...hiaz...

today muay thai is quite ok...so long never train..my joints are so stiff and i can't really kick ...i am losing the stamina...i guess techniques need to sharpen up abit..then build on the stamina as well as the strength...
